About ONEworkspace
ONEworkspace is Square One Media LLC's private internal application for authorized staff. It supports creator coaching operations, scheduling, call records, staff availability, and staff-controlled calendar connections. ONEworkspace is not a public application, and access is limited through Square One's authentication and permission controls.
How the Google Calendar connection works
Authorized staff may connect a Google Account they control. Staff choose which calendars are checked for scheduling conflicts and select one writable destination calendar for ONEworkspace appointments.
For conflict checking, ONEworkspace requests only free/busy time ranges from calendars the staff member enables. It does not request or store event titles, descriptions, attendees, or other event content for conflict checking.
For the writable destination selected by the staff member, ONEworkspace may create, update, reschedule, or cancel ONEworkspace appointment events and send attendee updates through Google Calendar.

Information processed
When a staff member connects Google Calendar, ONEworkspace receives and stores the Google Account identifier, email address, display name, granted permissions, calendar identifiers and names, time zones, access roles, and staff-controlled calendar selections. It also retains provider event identifiers needed to prevent duplicate appointments and apply later changes.
How information is used
Calendar information is used only to display available calendars, apply staff-selected conflict checks, maintain ONEworkspace appointments, secure the connection, troubleshoot failures, and preserve necessary audit records.
Connected-calendar data is not used to create or alter creator analytics, coaching statistics, participation metrics, or network performance metrics. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
Security and retention
OAuth credentials are encrypted before storage. Access is restricted through server-side permissions and database controls. Free/busy results are used for availability calculations and are not retained as event histories. Calendar account metadata, selections, appointment delivery records, and security audit information may be retained while operationally necessary.
Sharing
Information is disclosed only to the connected calendar provider at the staff member's direction, to infrastructure providers that host or secure ONEworkspace, when required by law, or to protect the service and its users. Service providers may process information only to provide their contracted services.
Staff choices and deletion
Staff can enable or disable individual calendars for conflict checking, change the destination calendar, or disconnect an account in ONEworkspace settings. Disconnecting asks Google to revoke the grant and removes the stored credential from active use. Requests concerning associated account metadata may be sent to one@squareonemedia.us.
Google API Services disclosure
ONEworkspace's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Authorized use
ONEworkspace is available only to approved Square One staff. Users must protect their account, follow assigned permissions, and access creator, staff, coaching, and calendar information only for authorized Square One work.
Calendar connections
Users may connect only accounts and calendars they own, control, or are authorized to use. Each user chooses which calendars are checked for conflicts and which writable calendar receives ONEworkspace appointments. Users remain responsible for reviewing appointment details, availability, attendees, and notifications before relying on a booking.
Acceptable use
Users may not bypass access controls, disclose confidential information without authorization, connect another person's calendar without permission, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, or use ONEworkspace for unlawful or unrelated purposes.
Records and corrections
Operational records may be retained for continuity, accountability, and audit purposes. Users must enter accurate information and use available correction, addendum, cancellation, and rescheduling workflows instead of attempting to conceal or overwrite history.
Availability and changes
Square One Media LLC may change, suspend, or discontinue features, access, or integrations to protect data, meet operational needs, or comply with provider requirements. External providers such as Google and Apple operate under their own terms and may affect integration availability.
