How we use your application information.

Square One Media LLC collects the information you submit to review your creator application and contact you about it. Do not include passwords, login codes, financial account information or sensitive personal details.

What we collect

Your name, email, Discord username, public profile URL, platform, audience range, experience and application answers. We also preserve campaign tags and the ad click reference, when present, to understand which advertising brings suitable applications. Current-page campaign details are attached to your application. For eligible US browsers that have not opted out, first and latest campaign details can also be remembered for the current browser session. We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation.

Where your information goes

Applications are stored in Square One’s dedicated marketing-ops system, hosted using Supabase and Railway, and reviewed by authorized Square One staff. Website hosting is provided by Cloudflare. Your profile and free-text answers are not included in OpenAI conversion events.

How we measure our advertising

For an adult application from the United States with an OpenAI ad click reference, we automatically send limited application-stage events to OpenAI from our server unless you have opted out. These events tell us whether our advertising brings suitable applications and can include submission, qualification, acceptance and activation. They contain an event identifier, time, page address and the ad click reference. The reference can allow OpenAI to associate an event with an ad interaction.

We do not send your name, email, Discord username, profile, application answers, IP address or browser type in these events. We do not load an OpenAI advertising image or tracking script in your browser. Our automatic events use OpenAI’s setting that opts them out of future user-level personalization. That setting does not make linked event data anonymous.

Our server checks the request’s country and the country and age you provide. Automatic OpenAI measurement is off when the country is outside the US or cannot be established, the application has no ad click reference, or the adult requirement is not met. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and the choice below disable advertising measurement. Your choice does not affect application review.

Application flow diagnostics

We count page loads, application starts, submission attempts and broad error categories to find problems with this form. These counts use a random identifier that lasts for this page load. They do not include your answers, contact details, profile, ad click reference or application identifier, and are not sent as OpenAI advertising events. We do not set a diagnostics cookie or track you across websites. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these diagnostics. Individual diagnostic events are removed by scheduled cleanup after 30 days in our marketing system.

Remembering your privacy choice

We use a necessary cookie to remember an opt-out for this browser for up to one year. After an application, a separate signed privacy cookie links up to five recent application identifiers for 30 days so this browser can stop future measurement for them. These cookies are not shared with OpenAI and are not used to track you across websites. Resetting the browser preference never reverses an opt-out already recorded for an application. Requests to stop future measurement do not retract events already delivered.

Application information and requests

To request access, correction, deletion or to stop future measurement after submitting, email one@squareonemedia.us and identify the email used for your application. We retain application records for review and follow-up and address deletion requests subject to applicable obligations. Previously transmitted conversion data is subject to OpenAI’s privacy policy.
